Most orders of in-stock merchandise are processed within 48 hours and shipped UPS or USPS regular delivery. Your order will arrive in 2-5 business days, excluding holidays determined by carriers. Pricing and availability subject to change.

You will receive an email order confirmation letting you know we received and will ship your order within 24 hours.

Your order will normally ship within 24 hours Monday-Friday - if there is an unexpected delay in shipping or a cancellation of your order we will notify you via email.

Please ensure that your correct e-mail address is included!

When you place an order online you will receive an email confirming that order. If there is an error in your email address, we will ship your order, but we will be unable to email your order confirmation to you.



30-Day Return Policy

All of our products come with a money back 30-day return policy, from the day on which the product is received. We are confident that your experience with us will be 100% satisfactory. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order you may send it back for a gift with another selection, a gift certificate or a full refund.

Just repack the gift in its original packaging with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:

1. Contact Customer Service and request a Return Authorization Code for your order number.

2. Please write your Return Authorization Code on the original invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.

3. Send your item(s) with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) to us and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.

4. After we receive your package, a refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 10 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.



Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following restrictions:

* The original Invoice and a Return Authorization Code must accompany the returned item.

* The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. Items damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.

* If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order.

* Gifts to third parties are not refundable, and can only be exchanged.

* Gift Cards/Certificates are not refundable.

* Shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.

* Packages must be return prepaid, we cannot accept c.o.d. deliveries.
